Six years ago, I thought I had it all—successful businesses, the dream house, and the life I’d worked so hard to build. But behind the scenes, I was burned out, disconnected from my family, and completely lost. I didn’t know it then, but the grind I was so proud of was costing me everything that truly mattered.
When I hit rock bottom, I made a choice: to rebuild my life and my businesses in a way that served my family, my values, and my mission. Through hard lessons, deep personal growth, and a lot of trial and error, I found a way to create true freedom—not just in my business, but in every area of my life.
Now, I want to help you do the same. Royals Accelerator is the journey I wish I had years ago—a 12-week path to reclaim your time, reconnect with what matters, and build a business that empowers your life, instead of enslaving it. You don’t have to sacrifice your family, your health, or your purpose to succeed. You can have it all, and I’m here to share how. If you’re ready to stop running on empty and start living with purpose, let’s take that first step together. Your freedom is waiting.

From the outside I had everything I thought I’d always wanted. Three kids, a beautiful wife, the dream house on a lake, airplanes, motorcycles, a sportscar, and a thriving business that was the eight hundred pound gorilla of its tiny, profitable niche.
I’d fulfilled my life long dream of becoming an airshow pilot. I adventured all over the world. My growing team looked to me for answers and I had them in spades. All my childhood challenges of feeling like I was never enough felt like they were behind me. I finally and truly mattered . My companies made millions of dollars of revenue year after year. 300% growth annually for nearly a decade. We’d changed our industry, and our business was changing the world for our clients and our team. I’d made it.
But beneath the surface, I felt so incredibly lost.
My marriage was at its breaking point. We’d spent nearly a decade dancing around our traumas, our inability to bring our truths to each other, and our preference for always believing the other partner was the problem. We’d avoided doing the work (or even learning what that work would look like).
I didn’t really know my children. Most days I left for work before they woke and got home long after they were asleep… For weeks on end. But, I wore my exhaustion like a badge of honor. I tallied how few hours of sleep I had and how many hours I’d worked as if that somehow made me a victor, rather than a victim to my own ego.
I didn’t even know how toxic all of this was. I truly believed I was doing the right thing for my family, my team, and my clients.
Then, my brother died. He was 22.
It wasn’t an overnight bombshell. I didn’t suddenly shift everything in my life. I tried to maintain the beliefs I’d had before. I had a life I’d curated to feed my need to be needed. To be the solution to every problem my team brought me, to avoid the unpleasant realities of my marriage, my fatherhood, and my need to love myself for who I was, rather than who I thought I was supposed to be.
After James died though, something in my heart knew I couldn’t keep living this way. I couldn’t believe the lie I’d fed myself any longer.
I wanted to know my children. To witness them as they grew. I wanted a deep relationship with my wife. One that was more laughter and dancing, less arguing and frustration. I wanted deep intimacy, not an endless cold shoulder.
I knew I needed to change… Everything.
But I also knew I didn’t just want to sell my businesses and live out my life on the proceeds. I wanted the mission we’d built with our incredible team to continue on without me.
Over the next four years, I slowly extracted myself from our businesses. I learned how to build the right systems, how to hire people based on our true core values, and how to ask the right questions which would eventually lead me to true freedom. From that freedom, I began a deep personal journey of creating the internal transformation I so desperately needed. Aligning my worlds and learning how to build a life and legacy I can be deeply proud of.
Oh, and we moved halfway across the country from all of our businesses to have the community we so wanted for our family.

... and have had a blast learning to dance with my wife. I’ve built deep friendships with others, and continue to learn more about my Somatic body. Talk therapy, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and other journeys are now a part of my life on a daily basis.
Late last year, a friend asked me to “teach him how I’d done it”... At first I was confused as to what I had done. He went further “You own all these companies doing so much, but you never work! Teach me how you did that."
So I did. Embarking on a coaching and consulting journey with entrepreneur clients who, like me, questioned what real success was.
They’d each had successful businesses relying heavily on them—their knowledge, connections, experience. They’ve been constantly plugging the leaky dike of problems in the business, feeling it all fall on their shoulders.
For some, their marriage or relationship was hanging by an unhealthy thread, and their relationship with their kids? It was barely there. They felt like they’re failing in the areas that matter most.
Every day, they woke up overwhelmed, drained, and feeling alone in the fight. Constantly busy, with the success they’ve built feeling hollow on the inside as the most important things in life were slipping through their fingers.
They didn’t know what it meant to be present and the deep value it could bring.
They put out fires in between back-to-back meetings, constantly interrupted as people needed answers to questions that really weren’t important at all. They rarely, if ever felt like they even had the opportunity to work on their business as the day to day kept them so overwhelmed.
I knew this chaos. I knew what put me there. And over the past year, coaching these incredible people, I’ve been a witness to their triumph. I’ve seen their businesses grow while the time they spend working has shrunk. I’ve seen them truly identify their mission in business, and in life for the first time.
I’ve seen how taking the time to do the somatic work, to ask the hard questions, has shifted their relationships. Not just with their partners, but with their children, and themselves. Let me share my heart: being a witness to this has been one of the most beautiful, challenging, and inspiring things in my life.
I’ve had to fight my nervous system’s belief that I am not enough. I had to create an “imposter syndrome” warchest. I had to accept that I’m not as young as I once was, and I am okay to not be the “Wunderkid” (that’s a “Ted Lasso” reference, if you get it, we should be friends), but it is my time to lean into other entrepreneur's experiences. To mentor, instead of being mentored. I’ve hired coaches to help me refine my frameworks, facilitation skills, and define what I most wanted to share with others who have been struggling as I was.
I rediscovered how hard it was to build and design something new… And I did it with new boundaries. With a desire to not work on anything more than a few hours a week. To continue to learn to love and challenge myself while understanding that this is absolutely the great work of my life.
While I have absolutely loved everything about coaching one-on-one, I’ve realized I cannot make it happen at scale. My time matters more to me now than ever.
I’ve moved from a life enslaved by my business to one empowered by it. Now, I get to help others make the same shift (without having to take years to do it).
Instead, it’s a force for freedom—creating space for you to reconnect with yourself, your loved ones, and the mission that lights you up. Imagine the deep satisfaction of a business that doesn’t depend on your constant oversight, freeing you to truly live.
How would it feel to come home at the end of each day and actually feel present with the people you love? To laugh with your children, to share unhurried moments with your partner, to have friendships that go beyond surface-level connections? What if your work no longer consumed you but aligned with a vision of life that excites and fulfills you?
This is the life my Royals Accelerator is here to help you create—a life in which you’re free to be fully present as a leader with clarity and impact, guided by purpose instead of pressure.
The Royals Accelerator is a 12-week journey designed to help founders and leaders escape the burnout trap and create a balanced, purpose-driven life aligned with their core values. It’s a path to real, sustainable freedom—not just in your business but in every area that matters most.

Reclaim Your Time
When I first began letting go of the need to control every detail, I faced resistance from myself and others. I was the person everyone turned to for answers, and I fed off the feeling of being indispensable. But I came to realize, real freedom comes from building systems and empowering others. It’s about letting go of what doesn’t serve you and creating a business that runs smoothly without your constant input. You’ll learn strategies that moved me from working over 100 hours a week to the freedom of seeing my businesses thrive while I invest time where it matters most to me.
Reconnect with Purpose
For years, I ran on the fuel of ambition and growth metrics, never questioning the real “why” driving my efforts. Losing my brother forced me to confront my deeper purpose and what I wanted my legacy to be. Purpose isn’t just a buzzword; it’s the foundation that sustains you when the road gets tough. In this Accelerator, we’ll strip away distractions and reconnect you with the reason you’re in this game. You’ll define your “why” with a clarity that powers every action in your life and work.
Realign with Your Values
In my journey, I discovered that the most fulfilling life requires clear priorities. For me, family, personal growth, and community now come before anything else. This realization allowed me to build a business that supports, not competes with, my deepest values. Together, we’ll clarify what truly matters to you, so you can make decisions in your business that reflect and protect those values.
Your 12-Week Journey
Each week of the Accelerator builds on the last, weaving together practical tools with deep inner work. This is not just about business strategies; it’s about shifting the way you show up in the world. We’ll start by getting clear on your current reality, examining how you spend your time, where your energy goes, and what’s holding you back from freedom. We’ll reconnect with your mission, define your core values, and learn to protect the things that matter most.
Through somatic vision work, mindful time logging, clarity practices, and team empowerment, you’ll build a framework that allows your business to flourish while giving you the life you want. Along the way, we’ll cultivate community, because aligned relationships are as much a part of true wealth as financial success.
Who This Journey Is For
Royals Accelerator isn’t for everyone. It’s for leaders willing to redefine success, to let go of habits that no longer serve them, and to make a lasting change. If you’re exhausted by constant hustle and ready for a life of real presence, purpose, and balance, this journey may be for you.
